At this time Monkey Mountain Toys & Games ships within Canada. For shipping to the U.S. please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping quote to your location. At present, there is a minimum order amount of $30.00 required for online orders.
The billing address must be the billing address of your credit card. This is for your own protection. Typically this is your home address. You may select a different "Ship To" address if you wish to send your package to a different location.
Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. Typically we ship orders the same day if possible. We ship either through Expedited Parcel/Canada Post or Canpar Courier to ensure delivery to as many locations as possible. During checkout you can choose from the available shipping methods. FREE Shipping is usually the most economical and can take anywhere from 2 - 9 business days to arrive after it has been shipped.
We cannot guarantee package arrival dates and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however we will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us at: email@example.com should you have any concerns regarding your order.
Although very infrequent, if you receive a damaged item or damaged package it must be reported to the shipping company immediately, and to Monkey Mountain Toys & Games within 48 hours of receiving the package. This will allow us to remedy the problem for you by submitting a damages claim.
You must take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep all packaging materials, boxes, paper, bubble wrap etc.
Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on un-opened merchandise with a receipt within 10 days from the date of purchase (for on-line purchases this will be 10 days from the date that your package arrives).
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable (SALE items) are unfortunately not returnable.
Please note that we are not the manufacturer of the products we carry. If you have a complaint with a particular product, we recommend first calling the manufacturer directly at the number on their packaging. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the manufacturer please contact us at: email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
To return an item that was bought online, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at: firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and to start the return process. Please indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. No returns are accepted without an RA #.
The item(s) will need to be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Please note: our return mailing address is different than our store address and we will email it to you at the same time as your RA#. Please return the item(s) in new condition & original sealed packaging with all the appropriate paperwork (sales receipt and packing slip). Once the item(s) are received back in sell-able condition, we will return the full cost of the product(s) back onto your credit card (minus any original shipping charges). If your order was sent via Free Shipping and you return the order, we will refund you the full amount minus the actual shipping costs for your order.
Alternatively, items purchased online can be exchanged/returned to our store location in Okotoks with your original sales receipt, however returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee if shipping was involved. In instances where it is an exchange for an item of equal or greater value, the re-stocking fee will be waived or if the order was picked up in-store the fee will also be waived.
